Gina (Aquino) Yu

Gina Yu-Aquino is a member of our Consumer Products, Retail and Performance Improvement practices, with a particular focus on strategy and consumer-centric topics.

Since joining Bain in 2008, Gina has worked with global and regional champions, across industries on their most challenging strategic issues. She has deep expertise in the consumer products and retail spaces, where she primarily advises clients on growth strategy, performance improvement, commercial excellence, M&A / post-merger integration and supply chain optimization.

Gina holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from the Singapore Management University.
