Filippo Musso is a member of our Financial Services practice.
He has worked extensively with major banks in Italy and Europe on corporate strategy, finance and credit risk, advanced analytics, M&A and post-merger integration.
In the last 6+ years, he developed a specific focus on credit management firms, advising on multi-year, large-scale transformation programs, corporate strategy and M&A, commercial development, operations and real estate management.
His case portfolio also includes various diligences for both corporate and private equity funds and and advising European energy & utilities companies on Strategy, M&A and long-term gas supply contract management and re-negotiation.
Before joining us, ha was a consultant for another firm, focusing or risk measurement and management for banks and utilities firms.
He holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan and an undergraduate degree from Bocconi University.
