Federico Piro

Federico Piro is member of our Consumer Products practice.

He has more than 10 years of consulting experience across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, working with senior executives and management teams for both local and international clients.

Federico has worked with many large consumer goods companies, spanning food and beverage, consumer electronics, and home care. He holds expertise in topics related to corporate strategy, route to market and distribution, and accelerated transformation. His case portfolio includes various diligences for both corporate and private equity funds.

He joined us in 2016 and was based in Milan until 2019, when he moved to Dubai.

Before joining us, he worked for Procter & Gamble in the finance organization across several business units.

Federico holds a master's in general management from Luiss University in Rome.
