Ettie Nikolova is a member of our Enterprise Technology and Advanced Analytics practices.
She has led multiple technology transformations across industrial businesses and healthcare organizations. Ettie has a particular focus on data & analytics strategy and governance, technology operating model, and delivery effectiveness for development and data teams.
Ettie joined Bain in 2017 and has also worked in our Houston and Toronto offices.
She earned an MBA from The Yale School of Management and graduated from Cornell University.
