Derek is a member of our Financial Services and Enterprise Technology practices.

He has over 20 years of experience working with Tier-1 Financial Services institutions, including Investment Banks, Financial Market Infrastructures and Wealth Managers.

His work focuses on large-scale transformation, technology strategy, and cost optimisation. His case portfolio includes the successful delivery of several market-facing post-merger integration programmes and C-suite advisory.

Derek possesses strong expertise in the ability to achieve transformation outcomes and develop organisations’ capability to support long term growth.

Beyond his client work, Derek leads our Parents at Bain team and is also involved in our local recruiting and global training efforts.
