Deike Diers

Deike Diers is a member of our EMEA Private Equity and Sustainability practices.

Over the course of more than 10 years in consulting, Deike has gained broad experience working with private equity clients on due diligence work, value creation plans, and fund strategies.

Deike spends a significant portion of her time on sustainable investing and our EcoVadis partnership.

She supports private equity clients in integrating environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) into their investment value chains, by identifying ESG value drivers in due diligence and value creation planning, as well as preparing an ESG strategy for a successful exit. 

Aside from her client work, Deike is highly involved in our diversity and Women at Bain efforts and is our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion ambassador for our Zurich office.

She holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and bachelor’s degrees from both the University of Portsmouth and Münster University of Applied Sciences (European Business Programme).
