David Crabbe

David is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice with a focus on machinery and automation. He's also a member of our Organization and Mergers & Acquisitions practices and is the global leader for Bain's leadership products.

With more than 13 years of management consulting experience, David has deep expertise in corporate and portfolio strategy, M&A strategy, corporate due diligence, post-merger integration, org and operating model design and implementation, performance improvement, and leadership team effectiveness.   

David's work has spanned multiple sectors including industrial automation, robotics, machinery and related components, building products, storm water management, steel and scrap metal, auto salvage, and restaurants.   

Prior to joining Bain, David served on active duty as an officer in the United States Marine Corps for 6 years.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with honors, from the United States Naval Academy.
