Daniel Möllerhenn is an expert in Bain's Customer Strategy & Marketing practice with strong focus on customer-led transformations, Customer Experience programs and Net Promoter System® implementations, supporting clients across EMEA in various industries

Since joining Bain in 2007, Daniel has advised clients across a variety of industries like telecommunications, insurance, banking, industrial goods, heavy machinery,  advanced manufacturing and utilities, as well as, wholesale, retail and e-commerce. His projects span across the EMEA region.

Daniel drives transformation programs for clients with a focus on simple & digital customer experiences combined with transforming the underlying technology & IT infrastructure to make it ready for the digital world. With his clients, he pushes to create lasting economic value by developing loyal customers.

He is also a seasoned expert for Net Promoter System® implementations.

Daniel graduated from the European Business School and holds an MBA from AGSM in Sydney and NYU Stern.
