Arathi has over 12 years of management consulting experience across Southeast Asia, India and the United States, advising global and APAC pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device clients, as well as healthcare investors. She brings deep expertise in growth strategy, sales & marketing, and commercial due diligence, and her life sciences experience spans innovator and generic brands.

Prior to joining Bain, Arathi worked at another global consulting firms.

Arathi received an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B Tech in electrical engineering (Institute Medalist) from the National Institute of Technology Trichy, India.
