Antonio Martinez Leal

Antonio Martinez Leal is a member of our Financial Services practice.

Throughout his career, Antonio has served banks, insurers, public sector and asset management clients across the globe. His capability focuses lie in growth strategy, go-to-market strategy and organization, as well productivity improvement through distribution network optimization.

He is also deeply versed in SME and private banking, cards and payments, as well as health, personal, property and casualty insurance.

Prior to joining Bain in 2011, Antonio spent 15 years at another top management consulting firm.

He holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, as well as a bachelor’s degree in electromechanical engineering from the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
