Alice Durnford

Alice is a member of our Private Equity practice. She has more than 10 years of consulting experience across Europe, Africa, and the Americas, having previously been based in our Johannesburg and London offices.

Alice specializes in running commercial due diligence within the technology sector, with a particular focus on software and cybersecurity. While her primary expertise lies in commercial due diligence, Alice also has experience supporting our private equity clients in other key areas including vendor due diligence, operational due diligence, and post-acquisition support.

Beyond this, she leads local office initiatives focused on culture-building and professional development as part of her investment in our team’s success.

Alice holds a Masters of Commerce degree in Economic Development from the University of Cape Town.
