Adele Young

Adele is a member of our Private Equity, Media, Advanced Manufacturing & Services, and Retail practices.

She primarily advises private equity clients and their portfolio companies on due diligence efforts and growth opportunities, including adjacency strategy and M&A scans, with a particular focus on media and advertising, industrials, and retail sectors.

In addition to her client work, Adele leads our consultant recruiting efforts for the Los Angeles office. She also heads our Moms at Bain group and is an active member of our Women at Bain affinity group.

Prior to joining Bain, Adele worked in real estate private equity at a boutique fund focused on the hospitality segment.

She holds an MBA from UVA's Darden School of Business and BAs in economics and political science from UCLA.
