Arpan Sheth chose to follow in his father’s footsteps and become an electrical engineer, but his journey after graduating from the University of Virginia led him to shift his career to consulting. After earning his MBA from Darden, Arpan worked at a few firms before joining Bain in 2003. Since his time at the firm, he’s been able to combine his engineering and business expertise to help build and grow our practices in India, where he now leads our Private Equity and Alternative Investor practices.
Arpan is also the Global Capability Leader of our digital delivery platform, Vector, which supports the innovation and digital transformations our clients seek to support their businesses. Since the initial release of this episode in November 2022, Vector has continued to be our digital transformation platform providing our clients with innovation and design, advanced analytics, automation, and other capabilities from tech experts who are integrated into our case teams.
