We invite women university and PhD students to join our Jumpstart program, where you’ll collaborate with Bain consultants known for their analytical expertise and passion for results. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your skills, gain insights into digitalization, and secure a consulting internship.

Experience how strategy and innovation come together at Bain. The Jumpstart event takes place in Munich from March 27-28, 2025. You’ll participate in networking and team activities that offer a unique insight into Bain’s culture and diverse career opportunities. You’ll also have the chance to secure an internship during an exclusive selection day, with virtual interview training provided beforehand to ensure you’re fully prepared.

How to apply for this program
Jumpstart is open to exceptional women university students in their fourth Bachelor semester or higher, as well as PhD students from all fields of study.

- Any university certificates
- Work references if available
- Cover letter is optional
- As your office preference, please indicate any location(s) in Germany and Austria.
