Familia at Bain (FAM) is a diverse community for Bain professionals with Hispanic, Latino/a/x, Chicano/a, Latin American, and Afro-Latino heritage. Our programming focuses on mentorship, expanding your network, and preparing for growth by providing support to create pathways for success inside Bain.

Bain has been investing in diverse and inclusive teams since our founding. Our earliest affinity groups started informally over 30 years ago and since then we have expanded into a wide range of activities and events to create a culture of inclusion where every Bainie can thrive.
Familia at Bain provides members with a space to form meaningful relationships, drive connectivity, and build community. While we take pride in the deep bonds created within Familia at Bain, we also build connections with other affinity groups and share the diversity across our culture with the broader firm.
