About Jan
Jan is a senior restructuring executive with more than 20 years of international experience and a proven track record in credit risk, corporate debt restructuring and advisory.
He spent 17 years at Deutsche Bank in South America, Asia and Germany in restructuring in a variety of management and advisory roles, most recently as Global Head Workout.
He then moved to HSH Nordbank (the current HCOB) in 2013, first as Divisional Head for the non-performing loan portfolio, later as Head of the Restructuring Unit.
In 2018, Jan took over as Division Head of Recovery Management at UniCredit Bank, combining Restructuring, Workout and Monitoring. After the successful realignment of Recovery Management, Jan left UniCredit in 2022 to join Bain & Company.
