Henry Bromfield

Henry Bromfield is a member of our Private Equity, Advanced Manufacturing Services, and Performance Improvement practices.

Henry has extensive experience advising executive teams on strategy, due diligence, operations management, and performance improvement. He primarily works with industrial clients, focusing on the airline, aerospace and defence industries. He has diverse experience around the world, having previously been based out of Bain’s Australian and later London offices.

Henry has supported private equity firms in many aspects of the deal cycle, including integrated due diligence across multiple industries, portfolio company value-creation plans, and exit-value maximisation. He has also played a significant role in delivering several large-scale transformation programmes for large organisations.

Prior to joining us, Henry worked as an engineer in offshore oil and gas. He holds an MBA (Distinction), a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), and a Bachelor of Commerce, all from the University of Western Australia. In his personal time, Henry enjoys outdoor sports and spending time in nature.
