Garren Bird is a member of our Customer Strategy & Marketing, Organisation and Results Delivery® practices.
She holds a deep passion for turning ideas into tangible results, as well as for working with leaders to define and deliver their change agendas.
Since initially joining Bain in 2000, Garren has honed extensive experience in working with clients across numerous Telecommunications, Media & Technology (TMT) sectors, including B2B, B2C, fixed and mobile. She is deeply versed in full potential strategy, transformation strategy development and orchestration, Simple & Digital and customer base management. She also specializes in operating model redesign, particularly with regard to digital transformation.
Additionally, she has led numerous TMT PEG diligences and post-acquisitions, as well as advised clients on several telecom and media deals.
In addition to her time at the firm, she has held a variety of strategic and operational roles at the Carbon Trust and Vodafone.
Garren holds an MBA with honors from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as bachelor's degrees in mathematics and economics from Williams College.
