Florian Hagemann

Florian Hagemann is a member of our Insurance practice.

He has strong expertise in strategic transformation and accelerated performance improvement in the insurance industry. This includes, in particular, new corporate and business function strategy, managing and accelerating transformation, and managing organizational buy-in.

He also has experience implementing AI from a strategic full potential view to production.

Beyond his client work, Florian is the co-head of our social impact efforts at the Düsseldorf office. 

Florian holds a MSc in Management and a BSc in Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
