Filip Wallenius is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Performance Improvement practices.
With over 10 years in consulting, Filip has accumulated expertise in performance improvement areas such as strategic sourcing, value creation programmes and footprint optimization - having served a broad range of industrial companies on these topics.
Filip's recent work has included:
- Value creation program for a pulp & paper company
- Strategic sourcing project for an industrial tools manufacturer
- Manufacturing footprint study for a heavy machinery manufacturer
Filip holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Lund Institute of Technology (LTH) and had a one-year exchange at ETH Zurich as part of his studies.
