Federico Eisner is a Senior Partner and a member of our global Consumer Products and Strategy practices.

Federico has expertise in most of the relevant consumer categories and functions. He works with CEOs and presidents, boards, and executive teams of global leaders, heading projects that address strategy, digital transformations, marketing, go-to-market, M&A, operations, and organizational redesign. He also leads global projects with leading technology players, fintech and marketplace ecosystems, both in B2C and B2B spaces.

Through that experience in the tech space, Federico created and launched a 25-episode podcast series called Escaladores, profiling the scaling story of Mercado Libre, Latin America’s leading Tech player, in direct conversations with their leaders.

Federico is also heavily involved in social impact work. He has been the chairman of the board of “Enseñá for Argentina” for 10+ years and is a member of Teach For All’s global board. He is also a co-founder and board member of several social impact initiatives. 

Prior to joining Bain, he was the CEO of Latinstocks.com, a start-up in the finance space, and worked on the products team of another consulting firm before beginning his MBA studies.

Federico holds a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Buenos Aires and an MBA from Columbia University. He is married to Andrea and the father of four children. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and Italian.
