Korean corporations need to become more agile to survive

Global consulting firm, Bain and Company’s Head of Organization Practice for Asia-Pacific, James Root, who recently visited Korea and was asked from several Korean businessmen how Korean corporations are going to manage the organization overseas answered “agility is still the most important element for Korean corporations to achieve in order to be competitive in the global market.” And he also advised that many Korean corporations are currently having a difficult time managing its organizations in new markets due to lack of experience, and they need to first establish a management system between headquarters and regional offices to resolve this issue.
