Tobias Vogt

Tobias Vogt is a member of our Financial Services and Banking practices. 

Tobias has almost 10 years of consulting experience. He specializes in strategy development and implementation, target operating model design, and bank transformations, with a particular focus on risk management and compliance. Tobias helps banks navigate the strategic implications of regulation and transform risk management functions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Prior to joining Bain, he worked at Oliver Wyman and other management consulting firms. Tobias holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering from TU Darmstadt and studied abroad at KTH in Stockholm.
