Tim Lindner is a member of our Financial Services and Enterprise Technology practices.
In his 10+ years of consulting experience, Tim has primarily worked with leading financial institutes in EMEA and APAC at the intersection of business and IT. His experience ranges from developing IT strategies, designing Agile and IT operating models and implementing large scale technology programs.
Tim's key engagements included:
- Multi-year agile enterprise transformation for a European bank
- Post-merger-integration of two European banks with a focus on operations and IT functions
- Innovative customer segmentation for leading retail bank in APAC
- Development of multiple IT strategies for banks across EMEA and APAC
Prior to moving to Sydney, Tim was part of our Frankfurt office.
Before joining Bain, Tim spent 5 years at another strategy consulting firm.
He studied physics at the University of Mainz, where he met his partner. The couple are proud parents of two young boys.
