Sorcha Norris

Sorcha Norris is a member of our Retail practice. She has more than 5 years of consulting experience with us.

Sorcha has worked extensively with global players across food, fashion, and entertainment. She has supported them on a variety of topics, including operating model, eCommerce acceleration, and enterprise technology transformation.

Outside of client work, she supports Bain London's senior consultant professional development programme and leads the work with our social impact charity partner, City Harvest.

Before joining us, Sorcha worked in the Consumer Products industry for 7 years, holding roles with Nestlé and Proper Snacks. She holds an M.A. in History & Economics from the University of Oxford.
