Simon Harding

Simon Harding is a member of our Private Equity, Media & Entertainment, and Technology & Cloud Services practices.

Simon specializes in guiding private equity investors through new investments and enhancing post-acquisition portfolio value creation, with a strong focus on the Nordic region. His expertise lies in software and technology, particularly within the entertainment, gaming, and sports industries.

Prior to joining us, Simon spent more than five years at Spotify, leading teams within the R&D and business functions. He also spent several years at another top-tier management consulting firm.

Outside of work, Simon actively contributes to the broader Nordic technology start-/scale-up community as a CEO, board member, and advisor.

Simon holds an M.Sc. in engineering physics, as well as two B.Sc. degrees in business & economics and psychology.
