Her work primarily surrounds business transformation, performance improvement, organizational redesign, human capital development and strategy growth in new technologies. Her case portfolio includes multiple projects for multinational corporate.
Prior to joining Bain, she was a partner for another consulting firm.
She started her career 28 years ago in the energy industry as an engineer of thermal power plants in the US, South-East Asia and Europe.
She earned a master's degree in engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique Feminine in France.
