Romain Deleforge is a member of our Private Equity and Consumer Products practices. He joined the firm in 2010.
Romain's case work focuses on integrated diligence and post-acquisition efforts for private equity funds. He also specializes in the intersection of B2C consumer and marketing excellence.
He has recently led corporate due diligence and cost transformation initiatives for clients in the personal care, food and beverage sectors, as well as DTC businesses.
Romain previously served as an officer in the French Air Force and is currently an investor in digital ventures and search funds.
He is a graduate of École Polytechnique.
