Rodrigo Martinez is a member of the EMEA leadership team for the Consumer Products practice, as well as an active contributor in Radar 360 strategy (portfolio transformation).
He has extensive experience in strategy assignments across continental Europe, advising CEOs and their teams on a broad range of issues, with a particular focus on commercial excellence, revenue growth management and portfolio transformation.
Rodrigo is also an expert in capability building programs.
Beyond his client work, he is also a training officer in the Madrid office.
Prior to joining Bain, Rodrigo was a Project Manager at Indra Sistemas for 5+ years, where he led avionic production projects.
