Roberta D'Alessandro

Roberta is a member of our Energy and Natural Resources practice. She has more than 15 years of experience in the energy sector, advising clients across the EMEA region.

Roberta advises energy players, investors, and financial institutions in business development activities, asset evaluation, transaction services. Her key areas of expertise includes gas, renewable energy, hydrogen and clean mobility. Additionally, she leads work spanning international growth and core full potential strategy.

Prior to joining Bain, Roberta worked for a major Italian oil & gas company on power and gas portfolio asset optimization, trading and market strategy, as well as for a global management consulting firm as an expert member and focal point of Low carbon gas and Future cities and mobility practices.

She holds an MBA in energy economics and environment from Eni Corporate University - Enrico Mattei School, as well as an undergraduate degree in aerospace engineering from Federico II University.
