Rafael Lam is a member of our Financial Services practice. With more than 10 years in management consulting, Rafael has significant experience advising clients on various topics spanning strategy, digital platforms, commercial excellence, and operating model, as well as leading diligence and value creation efforts. He is also an expert on our proprietary Micro-battles System.
His recent work includes corporate and business unit strategy, sales model design, and digital business model and platform development for a range of banks and insurers across Southeast Asia.
Rafael holds an MBA from INSEAD and a double bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and Business Management from the Singapore Management University.
