With 15+ years of experience across Latin America and EMEA, Nicola has gained extensive experience in various industrial sectors, with a focus on oil & gas, infrastructure, and transportation.
His core capabilities include strategy and transformation, HR and organization design, commercial excellence, and customer experience. During his tenure at Bain, Nicola has developed deep expertise in the digital sphere, working in agile and leveraging advanced analytics and technology, fostering the adoption of GenAI.
Nicola is known as an "NPS rockstar," consistently receiving strong upward feedback from his teams. In addition to his client work, he has served as Program Manager for new hire training in the Italian offices for several years.
Prior to joining us, Nicola worked at Eastman Chemical Company in various commercial roles. He holds an MBA from IMD Business School in Switzerland, an MSc with honors in Automotive Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, and a BEng in Industrial Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo (USP).
In his personal time, Nicola is deeply committed to giving back, channelling his passion into mentoring students and startups.
