Nafi Israel is a member of our Strategy, Retail, and Social Impact practices. He has more than 17 years of management consulting experience with Bain.

Nafi is an experienced strategy advisor. He supports clients across a wide range of industries in devising winning strategies in the face of increasing global volatility. He has particular expertise in strategic blueprints, defining bold but realistic multi-year growth ambitions and strategies to deliver consistent, long-term growth. 

Nafi's retail experience centers on grocery and mass/department stores, with a particular specialty in fresh foods. He has advised retail clients on a wide range of issues, with particular expertise in customer loyalty and rewards programs, merchandising and assortment optimization, and strategy and brand positioning.

Nafi is also passionate about education social impact, leading Bain’s grassroots social impact efforts for the Boston office and focusing his pro bono work on human capital development in K-12 and early childhood education.
