Maximilian Doms

Dr. Maximilian Doms is a member of our Private Equity practice.

With more than a decade of consulting experience, Maximilian specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions. He advises growth equity investors on late-stage venture investments globally and across industries and supports their portfolio companies. In addition, he works with private equity funds and corporate clients in the context of M&A transactions with a focus on industrials, healthcare, and software/technology. To this end, he has led an array of due diligence projects and value creation initiatives for several of the largest transactions in EMEA in recent years.

Maximilian is also heavily involved in our local recruiting efforts and is a member of our Professional Development Committee.

He holds a Ph.D. in Strategy and Management from the Technical University in Berlin and studied international business at the Eberhard-Karls-University in Tübingen.

A married father of three, Maximilian is a fervent supporter of Hannover 96.
