Marzi Jehangir Patell is a member of our Innovation & Design team, within our Vector℠ practice. He leads our team of designers, developers, growth hackers, ecosystem experts, and product managers in APAC.
Marzi has more than 15 years of Bain experience across the industrial, retail, and financial services sectors. He works with digital natives and incumbents. He has extensive expertise in the fields of business building, strategic product development, innovation, and customer experience.
Marzi started his career at Bain in India. He has worked with clients across APAC, EMEA, and North America. He is one of the first few members of Bain’s digital practice in APAC.
He has built numerous new businesses and products at Bain. As a design thinking practitioner, he has created innovative customer experiences. He has helped clients build product capabilities and adopt agile ways of working.
In addition to his client work, Marzi is an active contributor to our training programs, supports our recruiting activities, and is the servant leader for the I&D Service Line.
He holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from V.J.T.I Mumbai.
