Marlene is a member of our Telecommunications and Technology practices.

She advises technology, telecommunications, and media clients on their sales and marketing transformations in B2C and B2B, including go-to-market strategy, commercial excellence, customer experience, and channel effectiveness. This includes realizing top-line and channel synergies from M&A.

She has 10 years of experience working with clients in Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Africa.

Beyond her client work, Marlene leads the Womxn at Bain Affinity Group in our Frankfurt Office. She is a passionate runner and enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
