Luigi Grisolia

Luigi Grisolia is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices.

He is also a leadership member of our Private Equity, M&A and Divestitures, and Environmental, Sustainability & Responsibility practices where he has served on multiple deals across industries. 

Luigi has 10+ years of consulting and financial experience supporting global companies across energy, industrial and consumer products sectors with a focus on strategy, portfolio strategy (M&A and divestitures), full potential transformation, organization design & change management, financial and commercial due diligence, and supply chain management.

His work primarily surrounds large growth strategy, full potential transformations and value creation programs in energy and industrial sectors. His case portfolio includes several successful programs for both corporate and private equity funds in North America and EMEA.

More recently, he has advised clients across the energy ecosystem, including utilities & alternative energy providers, oil & gas companies and chemical producers on climate-related issues, from long-term strategy to resilience and adaptation.

In addition to his client work, Luigi is involved in mentorship programs for young entrepreneurs and MBA students.

Before joining us, Luigi has spent several years in the financial services industry focused on investment banking and investment portfolio management.

He holds an MBA from Georgetown University as well as B.Sc. Economics and Business from the LUISS Guido Carli and Utrecht Universiteit.
