Leonardo
Leonardo Scamazzo is a member of our Energy and Natural Resources practice. He focuses primarily on Oil & Gas, covering the entire value chain from upstream to downstream and fuel retail.
He has worked with several global energy companies in full potential transformations and performance improvement programs. His key areas of expertise include capital project excellence, EPC and operations. Other core capabilities include operating model and organization redesign, strategy and digital transformation.
As a certified Agile Scrum Master, Leonardo has worked on a wide array of Agile projects, in particular leveraging Agile innovation to optimize capital projects and improve performance for key energy players.
Prior to joining us, Leonardo worked as financial analyst at General Electric and as M&A analyst at JP Morgan and BNP Paribas.
He holds an MBA from London Business School as well as degrees in Management Engineering and Computer Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
