Krystle Jiang is a member of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practice.

She advises clients on how to improve DEI outcomes for their talent, business, and community. Additionally, Krystle helps our clients think through how driving social equity outcomes (the 'S' of ESG) can support their business strategy.

Krystle holds an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in economics from Boston College.
