Karen Stansfield

Karen Stansfield is a member of our Procurement Transformation practice.

Karen has over 15 years of experience in both consulting and functional procurement leadership roles. Through this experience she has touched the full end-to-end procurement spectrum across most industries, from the most tactical elements to overarching procurement strategy and advanced practices.

Karen is the leader of Supplier Management within Bain's global procurement practice where she partners with clients on developing advanced supplier management strategies and, most recently, is heavily focused on risk mitigation strategies related to the current inflationary and supply scarcity pressures.

Karen holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and a BSBA in Operations Management from Ohio State University.
