Kaitlyn Whitley

Kaitlyn Whitley is a member of our Private Equity practice.

She has spent the majority of her time at Bain supporting global private equity clients in buy-side due diligence, post-acquisition value creation, with a recent focus on climate strategy, investing in the energy transition and driving decarbonisation across funds and portfolios.

Beyond her client work, Kaitlyn has played an active role in recruiting at Bain, including establishing the Belong@Bain Fellowship Programme for Black heritage students, and sits on the London consultant promotion committee.

Prior to joining Bain, Kaitlyn was a Product Director at The Economist and held roles in publishing at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.

Kaitlyn holds an MBA from London Business School.
