Jean-Marc Le Roux

Jean-Marc Le Roux is a member of our Private Equity, Technology, and Enterprise Technology practices.

Jean-Marc has 20 years of consulting experience in the private equity, technology, media and industrial goods & service sectors on topics including growth strategy, performance improvement, M&A and post-merger integration in Europe and North America.

He joined Bain in 1995 and was promoted to partner in 2002. He also served as the managing partner for Bain in France from 2008 to 2013. In addition, he is a founding member of Bain's European Private Equity practice.

Outside of Bain, Jean-Marc is a member of the Board of Directors of the 'Fondation INSEAD.'

Prior to Bain, Jean-Marc worked as a chief engineer and headed the CASE Software Engineering lab at IBM.

He earned an MBA from INSEAD and an MS from Ecole Polytechnique.
