Jared Lapin is an expert in the firm’s Performance Improvement, Consumer Products and Retail practices.
Jared holds more than 13 years of industry and consulting experience. He holds broad operations expertise across the supply chain and manufacturing spheres and is also deeply versed in leading robust supply chain transformation efforts.
Additionally, Jared specializes in distribution and transportation network optimization, plant productivity, organization design and customer segmentation.
Prior to joining Bain in 2018, Jared worked as a consultant for another top firm and as an industrial engineer for the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Michigan.
