Janna Buckingham

Janna Buckingham is a member of Bain's Education practice.

She has more than 10 years of experience at Bain, advising leaders in the education and technology sectors on their biggest strategic questions and challenges.

Outside of casework, Janna leads the Education at Bain interest group, heads up our efforts to ensure DEI in recruiting, and is a member of the Women at Bain affinity group.

She was a contributing author to the Education practice’s reports “Taking Flight: How to Maximize the Potential of Career-Connected Learning” and "Making the Leap". 

Janna earned an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford, and a BA with Honors in Psychology from Harvard College. She hails from Boston and now lives in San Francisco with her family.
