Greg
Greg Gerstenhaber is the Managing Partner for Bain Texas (Austin, Dallas, and Houston). Prior to that, Greg was the Americas Practice Leader for the Advanced Manufacturing & Services (Industrials) practice. He also formerly led our Cost Transformation practice.
With more than 25 years of consulting experience, Greg specializes in strategy-led transformation and sustained cost programs. His work spans turnaround strategy, business unit and growth strategy, customer loyalty, new business development, and supply chain and operations optimization.
He supports clients across a range of industries, including aerospace and defense, automotive, B2B distribution, logistics, construction, and chemicals.
Greg holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in finance and business, with distinction, from the University of Texas at Austin.
