Gardiner Kreglow is a member of our Transformation & Change and Merger Integration practices. While he supports clients across industries, he spends most of his time with technology & cloud services firms in the Bay Area.
Gardiner advises clients as they undertake "bet the company" and "game changing" shifts in their strategy and operations. Over the last few years, he's led programs focused on product turnarounds, software business model transitions, multi-billion dollar margin improvement efforts, operating model redesigns, and scale M&A transactions. Several have been executed in tricky circumstances - a take-private, activist investor engagement, reemergence from bankruptcy, and serial M&A.
While each situation is unique, Gardiner's focus is on working with executives to customize and deploy Bain's repeatable model for identifying value, aligning teams & choreographing complex changes to their business reality. The foundation of this is how to team for full potential and build discipline around taking a fact based & customer first approach to strategy.
Outside of Bain, Gardiner serves on the Board of Trustees for Aim High, a Bay Area education non-profit and plays as much tennis as possible.
He graduated Phi Beta Kappa, Summa Cum Laude, with high honors from Dartmouth College with a dual degree in Economics and Film & Media Studies.
