Edel O'Sullivan

Edel O'Sullivan is a partner in Bain & Company's Washington, D.C. office. She is an expert in Bain's Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Chemicals practices, focusing on commercial excellence, and also has extensive experience in omnichannel retail and consumer products.

Edel has more than 10 years of industry and consulting experience.

During her time with Bain, Edel has focused primarily on commercial excellence and performance improvement projects for industrial goods and services clients across performance chemicals, manufactured goods and construction materials. She also has extensive experience addressing retail growth strategies and designing effective operating models, particularly within the omnichannel space.

Outside of her client work, Edel is a founding member and leader of Latinos@Bain.

Edel holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
