Douglas Kurdziel is a member of our Financial Services practice and has recently played a leadership role in the Americas Strategy practice.
He has served banking, payments, and wealth management clients, primarily on business unit strategy and innovation.
In addition to his Bain experience, Douglas has recent long-term experience working at a leading global bank across strategy, operations, and innovation roles for banking, payments, and consumer lending. He started his career as an Associate Consultant at Bain, graduating from Vanderbilt University and Columbia Business School.
In his personal time, Douglas enjoys spending time with his wife and their two young sons. He is a passionate golfer and music fan, and is closely involved with God's Love We Deliver, a New York based non-profit.
