David Meads is a member of our Retail practice.
He has 10+ years of experience with Bain across EMEA and APAC – working with leading grocery, apparel and mass retailers, as well as global eCommerce companies.
David works with senior executives to tackle their key strategic and operational issues. He has extensive experience leading large-scale projects across a broad range of retail topics, especially in strategy definition, transformation, and programme delivery, with deep expertise in Advanced Analytics.
In addition to his core retail work, David is a member of our Social & Public sector practice, having led multiple projects with the UK government and both UK and global charitable organisations. He also leads our global economic development initiatives within Bain London.
Prior to joining Bain in 2014, he was a professional economist for HM Government (UK), covering energy, climate change and transport policy.
David holds a BA Hons in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
