Andy Furbush is a member of our Performance Improvement practice.
He has worked with numerous financial services and B2B industrial manufacturing companies. His work focuses on improving cost and efficiency across general and administrative, procurement, digital capabilities, and operations (manufacturing, S&OP, etc.).
Beyond client work, he is a School Team advisor for Bain Texas' MBA recruiting effort at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Before joining Bain, he worked in digital strategy and operations for Wells Fargo, and graduated with an MBA from the University of Michigan.
In his personal time, Andy is married and enjoys following Michigan football, water skiing, spending time outside, and, most importantly, spending time with his two children.
